Thinking of Buying?

Are you thinking of buying a condo or a house in Toronto? Here's what you should know.

Toronto is a world-class city offering a wide array of great neighborhoods and styles of homes for you to choose from.

Imagine yourself in your dream home and try to answer the following questions:

  • Is it a house or a condo?
  • How many bedrooms and bathrooms would you like?
  • Do you have any children? If so, would you like schools to be within walking distance?
  • How many parking spots do you require?
  • What part of Toronto would you like to live in?
  • Do you need access to public transit nearby?
  • How far are you willing to commute to work daily?

Determine your budget and remember to include closing and moving costs. Having a fixed budget will help you save a lot of time and energy in the long run. Consult a mortgage broker (if you don't know one, I can recommend some!) and they can help you get pre-qualified for a house of a certain price.

Will you need to renovate? Would you like to buy all-new furnishings?

Call me! 647-292-8225

I'll be happy to help you sort through all available properties based on your needs, arrange appointments and even take you to those residences. When you find one you like and you're ready to take the big step of putting in an offer, I'll be there for you!

Having your offer accepted with proper conditions while staying within or below your budget is my goal, and frankly that's where I shine. In fact, many of my clients have made thousands on their purchases even before taking possession of the property.

You can expect your realtor (in this case, me) to work out all the details, make sure the conditions are fulfilled and all the paperwork is properly drafted. Most importantly, by working with a registered realtor, you can be sure that you're protected.

In time you'll receive the keys to your new home!

Trust me to guide you through all the steps leading toward new home ownership.
